By accessing or using Truspary ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Truspary account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using Truspary on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same purpose.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Recruiter Terms

• Recruiters must post genuine job openings only — fake or misleading listings will result in immediate account termination.
• Job postings must be for US-based or US-remote positions only.
• Recruiters may not use candidate data collected through Truspary for any purpose outside of hiring for their posted roles.
• Subscription limits (job postings, applications) are enforced per plan. Exceeding limits may result in job pausing.

4. Candidate Terms

• Candidates must provide accurate resume and profile information.
• Candidates may not apply to jobs they are clearly unqualified for repeatedly.
• Candidate accounts are free and will remain free. We will not charge candidates without explicit consent.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
• Payments are accepted via UPI (India) and major credit/debit cards.
• All payments are non-refundable. This includes cases of partial month use, plan dissatisfaction, or account termination due to policy violations.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Failed or disputed payments may result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Truspary to:

• Post spam, fraudulent jobs, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape, harvest, or automate data collection from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining subscription period with no refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Truspary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that job postings will result in successful hires. We are not responsible for actions taken by recruiters or candidates outside the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truspary's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Truspary after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
